Branch Manager Job (Banking)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational bank. Our respected client is seeking a banking management professional with at least 10 years experiences in the industry for the position of Branch Manager, to be based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be someone who is capable in developing marketing and operating strategies for branches in order to achieve targets. Someone who is sales-driven will be the ideal candidate.

Key Job responsibilities include:

Manage day-to-day operation of the branch business
Create annual work plan and target for the branch
Develop strategic planning to ensure the branch meets the proposed budget targets
Develop and improve the company’s image in the market
Maintain and expand the network in order to support marketing activities
Recruit, train and monitor the team members in performing their tasks to achieve their given target
Develop customer relationship management program to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree (min.) preferably in finance, management or accounting
Ten years’ experience in banking industry, including at least 5 years’ experience as relationship manager, or a minimum of 1 year as a deputy branch manager
Technical expertise in bank operational knowledge, bank accounting, finance, funding and lending products, also credit management
BSMR Certification 4th level is mandatory
Good interpersonal and leadership skills in managing people, the business and strategy execution
Proficiency in English is a must
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
